This is a conundrum that all of us run into, isn&#039;t it?  And for those of us with limited energy, it&#039;s sooo very important to priorize everything that we do.

One example I use:  The only things that are priority 1 are the things that keep us alive. We have to breathe, keep our hearts pumping, keep our organs working.  And that&#039;s ALL that we HAVE to do.  Everything else is a WANT to do.

Brings it right down to fundamentals, doesn&#039;t it?
