NO PAIN NO GAIN
It’s not hard to notice that I’ve been away for a long time.
I took a vacation … and didn’t come back.
June 28th I landed in Nova Scotia, tired, hungry, and jet lagged.
The next morning I felt great. But, by that afternoon I was in severe pain. And, over the course of the next 2 weeks it just kept getting worse.
Even when I got back and resumed my treatments for Fibromyalgia it didn’t get better.
It got worse.
So, let me tell you right out: No pain, no gain may be true but too much pain equals absolutely no gain.
Since mid-August my life has been focused on finding a way (or ways) to end the pain.
I’ve found some answers and over the next little while I’ll share them with you.

I’m a creative type with a creative career and FMS. I can’t wait to hear your “answers” to this dreadful condition. Glad to have found your blog!
WELCOME back Lyle
